Nestled in the heart of Parker at 19519 E Parker Square Dr, Convict Coffee Co. isn’t just serving up handcrafted drinks—it’s brewing a deeper mission rooted in community, second chances, and authenticity.

Founded by Dan Klehm, Convict Coffee Co. embraces its name with purpose. Klehm is open about his past: “I am an ex-convict. I served time. I also have seen the struggles for inmates re-entering society and not having the access to the things that they need so they can get on the right path.” Dan uses this experience as a catalyst for creating a space that fosters conversation, connection, and social good.

Convict Coffee is intentionally different, offering an eclectic menu where most of the menu items relate to a local non-profit or charity. True to its motto—“coffee is the only thing we take serious”—the team is deeply committed to quality and craft, all while supporting meaningful causes and creating opportunities for reintegration and impact.

Beyond the coffee, it’s the community vibe that sets Convict apart. “We really want to be centered around that community experience where people come and hang out and get to know other people in the community.” That vision has clearly resonated. Recently celebrating its first anniversary, Convict Coffee has seen strong local support.

“I never want to close this location. This is the OG. We started in Parker, and we're always going to remember that” Klehm emphasizes. He is also supportive of new businesses coming to Parker, “It’s an incredible place to do business. It’s an incredible place to raise kids. My kids have thrived here.”
