Vibe Foods, located at 18320 Cottonwood Drive in Parker, Colorado, is more than just a health food restaurant, it’s a business rooted in integrity, education, and customer care. Founded by Shannon Weston, Vibe Foods serves nutrient-dense smoothies, juices, wellness bowls, and house-made baked goods, all thoughtfully crafted to support optimal living.
From the beginning, Weston knew her approach would be different. “We’re a lot different from most health food restaurants.” What sets Vibe apart isn’t just unique offerings, it’s the dedication to making sure every guest feels welcome, heard, and nourished. “We are so grateful for every customer that walks through the door, and if they have questions about the menu, we want to be able to answer them in a clear, concise manner, point to items that they might like, talk to them about what they're looking for they have any special concerns, and then we want their food to be delicious.”
Vibe’s commitment to community and growth is evident in its evolution. What started as a single-location concept has expanded into multiple locations, and recently, the launch of an e-commerce site has opened the door for online ordering. “The big thing that we're doing, which we're super excited about, is we're launching our E-commerce site,” said Weston, “when we launched our baked goods about six months ago, we had no idea how popular they were going to be.”
The business’s success has been boosted by Parker’s supportive environment. “I have seen a wide spectrum in my seven short years of being in business, of how supportive some cities are and how they make it very hard in other places, Parker has been amazing. Everybody's so open. They're willing to communicate, they're willing to support ,” Weston noted.
For Weston, running Vibe is about more than products—it’s about purpose. “What we’re doing is truly a mission. We don’t shortcut anything. I would never serve food to anybody that I wouldn’t give to my family all day, every day.”
